Cathedral St-Pierre is also known as St. Peters Cathedral and is partially a Romanesque and partially a Gothic house of worship that's situated in Geneva's old town. John Calvin gave sermons at St Peter's Cathedral from the year 1536 to 1564, this rigorous looking centre replicates John Calvin's Reformist traditions and teachings.
Tourists who visit St. Peters Cathedral should climb the stairs to the top of the church tower and take pleasure in a wonderful and magnificent view of the Swiss Alps, the Geneva skyline, and the neighbouring old town, this in itself makes St. Peters Cathedral a must see while your in Geneva.
Free admission to the cathedral North tower.
